“Wuthering Heights”, a delightful 2-bedroom villa, is situated on one of the most beautiful and scenic locations of the island, adjacent to Alderney’s famous Butes Cricket ground, and within walking distance of the centre of St. Anne, the harbour and the beaches.

The panoramic views across Braye Bay, the Harbour, and Fort Albert from every corner of the house are simply stunning.

Designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 people – ideally two couples sharing two double bedrooms –  this elegantly furnished, private home is not considered suitable for children under the age of 12. Pets/animals are not allowed.

A front garden marks the entrance to the property and there is a large lawn at the back of the house with garden furniture and washing line. The garden is exposed to the sun throughout the day.

Ground Floor:

From the entrance hall a winding staircase leads down to an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area.

  • The lounge has two seating areas with two sofas and three armchairs, 2 square tables and a coffee table. Home entertainment equipment includes a Panasonic radio/music centre, a Flat Screen TV and video recorder, both with remote controls.
  • The dining area features a mahogany dining table and six dining chairs. Cutlery, crockery and glassware can cater for up to 6 people.
  • There is a telephone connected to receive all incoming calls and for local outgoing calls only.

  • The kitchen is fully-equipped with all the essential domestic appliances.
  • On the same level a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom with a shower and Loo.

 1st Floor:The staircase leads to the master bedroom on the second floor: double bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower. Lower Ground Floor: There is a small cellar on the lower ground floor – easily accessible through the kitchen door – which is equipped with a washing machine. Rates and Conditions

Weekly rates only :  (7 Nights)
£650.00 a week for 2 persons and £1,000.00 a week for 4 persons. (3 people would be £900.00 a week) This rate is inclusive of all Utility Bills.A returnable deposit cheque of £350, payable to Anne Hamilton, is required with the booking. The deposit will be held as security against any damage and will be reimbursed on the day of departure or at the latest within 14 days after your departure.

Cancellation charges:
Your deposit cheque, less 10%, is returnable should the holiday be cancelled more than 6 weeks prior to arrival date.  Should you decide to cancel your holiday within 6 weeks of the starting date and we are unable to re-let the property for the same period, we reserve the right to insist on the full payment of the rent due.

Checking in: 16.00 hrs on the day of your   arrival.
Checking out: 10.00 hrs on departure day.

These times can be flexible with Anne Hamilton.

On arrival, you will be welcomed by our representative (Anne) who will also be available should you require any assistance during your stay, with regard to any matters relating to this property.Should your departure from Alderney be delayed due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances, we regret that the property must still be vacated as per the original booking.For this reason we highly recommend that you take out a travel insurance covering for delays etc.

Breakages: please report any breakages so we can replace these. The cost will be deducted from your deposit.
Please leave this house clean and tidy. A cleaning charge of £12 per hour will be deducted from the deposit, should the property be left in an unsatisfactory condition.

Transport (Taxis / Car / Bicycle Hire)We are happy to arrange for your airport transfers on arrival and departure and can also assist you with the hire of a car or bicycles. A starter pack of basic/essential food supplies can also be arranged at cost price, to be delivered on your arrival, if you provide us with your shopping list. Please confirm all these details with your booking.
