Situated on an elevated hill the property is within reasonable walking distance to the nearest Harbour shops, restaurants and pubs.

On the ground floor you have the spacious entrance hall with 4 well-presented bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite shower rooms. There is also a separate family bathroom. The first floor opens up to a spacious open plan living and dining areas with a well equipped kitchen,Patio doors lead onto the balcony which wraps around the entire property with 2 seating areas to the side and rear.

N.B. Due to its superb elevated location, Pipedreamer House is accessed via a steep driveway which may prove difficult for some. An excellent car hire and selection of Taxi providers are available on the island.
